The EU-Startups Summit 2025 Pitch Competition has announced its 15 finalists. They were selected from over 1,500 applications. The finalists come from various European countries.

They work in fields like AI, energy, robotics, and more. The winner will receive a prize worth over €755,000. It includes funding opportunities and credits for tools and services.

This can help a startup grow quickly. The jury includes experienced investors from Look AI Ventures, Techstars, and Ventures.eu. The headline sponsor is Malta’s economic development agency.

It helps businesses set up in Malta. The Summit will take place on April 24-25 in Malta. Around 2,400 people are expected to attend.

They include founders, startup enthusiasts, investors, and business leaders. The event will feature networking, investment opportunities, and a look at the future of European startups. The “Startup Media Landscape and PR Tips” panel at the EU-Startups Summit 2025 will feature three media experts.

They will share strategies for startups to get press coverage and build relationships with journalists. Mike Butcher is the Editor-at-Large of TechCrunch. He has been awarded an MBE for his work in the UK tech industry.

Pitch finalists announced for 2025 summit

He launched the site in 2010 to highlight Europe’s innovative startups. The summit will take place in sunny Malta.

The event will take place on April 24-25 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. Some of the investors attending include:

Adam Adamek, Innovation Director at EIT Food. He has over 25 years of experience in foodtech, nutrition, and health startups.

Alexander Zemlyak, Principal at Geek Ventures. He focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage startups across various sectors. Alice Cadet, Venture Capital Investor at Zubi Group.

She invests in impact-driven startups in sustainability, technology, and social innovation. Ana Wolsztajn, Venture Partner at EWOR. She supports early-stage startups with guidance, mentorship, and funding up to €150K.

Arjun Sirohi, Operations and Acceleration Director at Soulmates Ventures. He optimizes processes and drives scalability for portfolio companies. Baiba Rozenberga, Head of Startups at MBH FintechLab.

She drives fintech innovation and supports early-stage ventures. Bernd Reitmeier, Founder of Startup Factory. He supports European SMEs looking to expand into China.

The Summit will provide a platform for startups and investors to connect, collaborate, and drive growth. It promises to be a transformative experience for all attendees.
