Bessemer Venture Partners has announced a new $350 million fund supporting Indian startups. The fund will focus on early-stage investments in AI, SaaS, fintech, digital health, consumer brands, and cybersecurity. Bessemer has invested in India for nearly two decades and has backed over 80 startups.
The firm’s partners pride themselves on being patient, long-term supporters of their portfolio companies. Over the past five years, over 80% of their investments in India have been in Series A or earlier stages. Bessemer’s portfolio companies, including BigBasket, Urban Company, Perfios, and Livspace, have achieved valuations exceeding $1 billion.

Additionally, nine of their portfolio companies have gone public. Notable investments from their first India fund include Boldfit, MoveInSync, and Pepper Content.
