The Swedish Institute has opened applications for the She Entrepreneurs 2025 leadership program. This program is designed for highly motivated women entrepreneurs in the Middle East and North Africa who are building scalable businesses that contribute to sustainable climate solutions. The program focuses on areas such as water, energy, food production, the circular economy, manufacturing, infrastructure, and transportation.

It offers practical, hands-on leadership training based on real business experience, collaborative learning, and a participant-centric approach. To be eligible, applicants must be women entrepreneurs with a business that is already operational and ready to expand. The business must have the potential to develop a financially sustainable business model and contribute to sustainable climate solutions.

Applicants must also be based in Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, or Tunisia. The program will provide participants with the opportunity to plan and strategize for their business in an inspiring, collaborative learning environment. They will have regular sessions with experts, coaches, and mentors to increase self-awareness as a leader, enhance knowledge on business development and innovation, and gain new perspectives on measuring and increasing the impact of their business.

Participants will also have the chance to experience the entrepreneurship community in Stockholm, which is recognized as one of the leading ecosystems in the impact entrepreneurship domain. They will be part of a strong and engaged community of visionary female founders.

The Swedish Institute will cover the costs of flights to and from Stockholm, accommodation and most meals during the onsite learning week in Stockholm, insurance during the onsite learning week, and all training materials. The program runs for about six months and combines regular online workshops, learning groups, tailor-made coaching, and mentoring with one week of intensive onsite learning in Stockholm in September. Participants should plan to dedicate around five hours per week to the program.
